Project Management –
The Project Manager’s role is to effectively manage the delivery of projects, on time and to budget. This is achieved by a clear understanding of the client’s needs and the requirements and conditions of the project. From this, project strategies and programmes are developed, and project teams appointed, managed and monitored by the Project Manager. Our project managers, with backgrounds in architecture and engineering design, and wide experience in implementation of construction projects worldwide, are able to provide an extra level of insight into the needs and challenges of the project management role.

Programme management is the overall management of the interrelated projects that make up the programme. Our team has proven programme management experience and MSP® accredited managers. Our experience covers PMO’s in large infrastructure projects through to seconded staff into Client organisations.

Whether estimating the overall cost of a project, or negotiating a final account, cost management is one of the three key pillars of project management. We offer the complete range of cost management services and builds on our experience of managing projects from concept to closure of defects. We are happy to work with external client-appointed surveyors to manage the overall cost and cashflow reporting of projects.
Civil Engineering Design –
All developments require civil and structural engineering to ensure the ground is stable, the drainage is adequate, the roads are properly set-out and the structure will stand. Findo T Gask can offer design and supervision services in all these areas through our own staff or associates for specialist engineering works.
